Weekend in the Woods

Barton Family Reunion July 2010
This was our annual weekend in the woods with Richard's Family. We went to Farron Reservoir. Cody was so excited... he got there a day early and made sure we got the spot we wanted and started setting up camp, he even made a really neat horseshoe pit(I hope someone got a picture of it) We had good food, fishing and a lot of family fun.

I did not take very many picture's of all the other things we did.there was campfire singing and talk& somore's.We made pizza's on the grill for our assigned meal.We had skits, and frisbee golf.
We had a great time!

Celebration of America's Independence in Manti Utah

We had a great time in Manti the 4th of July. It was nice to spend time with Grandma Barton. Here are a few activities that we did that weekend. We sure missed our family members that were not there this year. We have not been to the celebration for a few years but we went down to Richards Grandmother Larson's Funeral on Friday and stayed for the celebration. We had a fun time, Fireworks and dinner at Dean & Gena's was a great way to top the weekend off.... with a bang!

He loves to read, bike, longboard, climb, cook, camp, text & sleep.
He does very well in school and takes hard classes like Calculus Ap.
He got a 31 on the ACT! (twice my score).
He can play the guitar & piano.
He loves music to listen to or to play.
He loves to attend concerts like love you long time, rush.
He will be an eagle scout soon.
He is a hard worker.
He is the best cook in the house!
I love Weston ! no matter how old he gets he will always be my baby!

Mission Pictures of Bryan

I was so surprised when I opened up the Berlin Mission Blog to find these pictures of Elder Barton! I am so pleased with all Bryan is doing to serve our Father in Heaven in Germany. I am so glad that he has the opportunity to teach people about Christ. He has had such a great attitude. He has just been transferred to Berlin City area to serve. We love him very much. Christmas in Germany he says is wonderful.

We are excited to talk to him on Christmas Day !
